Honey Rolled Black

$6

Bitten by leaf hoppers intentionally from our chemical-free and natural farming tea fields, this particular product imitates the processing of making Oriental Beauty tea. The leaf hoppers were previously considered pests and flaws to the overall flavor. However, they are now utilized to enhance the uniqueness of flavors. It was quite challenging to ensure every leaf was bitten evenly, and frankly, it was already challenging enough to ensure every leaf was bitten at all. Handpicking is essential in the process to ensure the quality is up to our standards. The final step involves testing the balance of bitten and unbitten leaves. As we continue to refine our production process, this has become one of our most popular items of all time. The tea is named after its unique honey flavor, and it is elegant, with osmanthus and floral notes, with a hint of limey sourness in the aftertaste, balancing the overall taste.
