We offer both EMS Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. Please contact us before placing your orders if you have other preferred couriers such as UPS/DHL, etc.

Standard shipping (free if purchase over USD$25) to most places takes about 3 weeks, sometimes about half of the time. Nevertheless, it can take up to six weeks if it gets caught in customs (for Canada mostly in North America). For both South American and African countries, we recommend using express shipping because packages get lost most of the time via standard shipping.

Please keep in mind that once we relinquish our tea, transit and customs are out of our control. We will always do our best to ensure that you receive the best conditioned tea possible and to remedy any and all situations. If you have purchased teas from us and are not satisfied or if you have purchased subscription service and wish to cancel the remainder due to dissatisfaction, please email hello@grandcrew.co and a crew representative will get back to you with further information.

The recipient is responsible for all brokerage, duties, and taxes associated with international shipping.


For the time being, COVID-19 has impacted most of the logistics worldwide severely. Packages take double the usual delivery time even with EMS Expedite Shipping option. A lot of places even stopped the options of shipping. Therefore, please bear with us as certain countries do not ship with EMS Expedite until further notice; Standard shipping could take more than 2 months, and so we have replaced the shipping with UPS Expedite for now. 

There are 2 shipping rates for UPS Expedite. One is within 1.8kg and the other is 2kg-4.8kg. We strongly suggest to calculate your purchasing weight and take the advantage of it since the rates remain the same.
